TabTrade — What It Is
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
His background tells you something. It says the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a founder with no industry background.
They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.
Market coverage: forex, indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that is a few months old, that coverage is not narrow.
What You Trade On
You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from one account. Many pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Complete charts, automated trading, huge user base. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, it is familiar territory.
cTrader is the alternative. Better DOM. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Many people like it better than MT5 once they try it.
FIX API is there for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That will make the platform set when it lands.
Costs
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Suits people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you move real size.
Infrastructure
The speed is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform quote 100ms to 300ms.
Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That says something about priorities.
Put together those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.
The FSRA Question
Here is the detail that requires honesty. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No government-backed safety net. If that makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It should factor into your assessment.
What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual sign-up bonus. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before funding.
Everything in one place, with regulation, read more withdrawals, pricing, tab trade and the bonus terms, is at TradeTheDay.
